Refund Policy

FretScore is a £5 per month subscription to a desktop app, sold through Lemon Squeezy.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

If FretScore does not work for you, email team@fretscore.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. After 14 days, payments are not normally refundable, but we will always look at problems fairly.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
